The Bosch Rexroth drive controller R911275064 (DKR02.1-W300Z-BE84-01-FW) is engineered for digital regulation of spindle motors, supporting output power between 10 kW and 93 kW. The unit features integrated air cooling via a blower and heatsink, customizable U1-U4 slots for plug-in modules, and a U5 slot dedicated to software modules. Command communication is facilitated by a SERCOS interface, with signal transmission to higher-level control units achieved through fiber optic connections. The device supports digital servo and resolver motor feedback, allows operation at nominal currents up to approximately 300 A, and provides heat dissipation up to 1,800 W.
