The Bosch Rexroth R911279480 (DKR03.1-W200N-BE79-01-FW) is an intelligent digital drive controller designed for use with Rexroth motors such as frameless spindle 1MB, linear LAF/LASF, and AC main spindle ADF or 2AD, with continuous power output from 10 to 93 kW. The drive accepts a rated power voltage of 3xAC 400–480 V and a control voltage of AC 230 V, supporting a rated current of 200 A. It features SERCOS interface for command communication, digital servo motor and resolver feedback, and connects to higher-level control units via fiber optic cables. The internal blower facilitates air cooling. The unit operates in ambient temperatures from +5 to +45°C and elevations up to 1000 m. The configuration does not include a bleeder or brake chopper and utilizes a rigid DC bus. Typical applications include NC machines and printing machines.
