The Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W200B-BE43-02-FW drive controller is a highly versatile device that uses RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces for enhanced functionality and communication. The RS-232, utilized for programming, parameterization, and servicing diagnostics, permits multiple user connections and increased transmission distances of up to 15 meters. Additionally, it boosts transmission rates to 9600/19200 baud. The RS-485 interface enables the drive to implement a serial bus with over 30 user connections via two-wire lines, lengthen transmission distances to 500 meters, and implement PC visualization. Connection to the drive controller is possible either through an RS-232/RS-485 converter or an RS-485 plug-in card. For motor feedback, use Rexroth Indramat specific cables up to 75 meters in length as described in the manual. These cables can handle high temperatures and intense braking activities. Unauthorized cables may result in damage. Product comes with a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
