The R911280924 (DKR02.1-W300N-BE06-01-FW) drive controller is engineered for direct integration with grounded three-phase electrical systems, and for use with ungrounded systems only when installed behind an isolating transformer. It offers two starting lockout inputs for enhanced operational safety against unintended motor startup under fault conditions. Communication is facilitated via a SERCOS interface using fiber optic connections. The unit supports digital servo and resolver feedback for motor monitoring and features integrated temperature monitoring for both the motor and holding brake. Cooling is accomplished through an internal air blower. The device employs a rigid DC bus without a bleeder or brake chopper and is rated for approximately 300A nominal current. Firmware and software module details are specified on the rating plate and can be replaced as needed.
