The R911284362 (DKR03.1-W200N-BE95-02-FW) is a Rexroth drive controller designed for functional control and monitoring of electrical motors in NC-controlled and printing machinery. It supports frameless spindle 1MB motors, AC main spindle ADF and 2AD motors, as well as linear LAF and LASF motors, offering control across a speed and power range of 10 to 93 kW. The unit provides a rated current of 200 A, operates with a power voltage of 3xAC 400-480 V (±10%), and a control voltage of AC 230 V (±10%) at 50–60 Hz. It interfaces with systems via a SERCOS interface using fiber optic technology and employs digital servo and resolver feedback. The controller is equipped with a built-in air cooling blower and is suitable for operation in ambient temperatures from +5°C to +45°C. Firmware is ordered separately. The device features a rigid DC bus configuration without a brake chopper.
