The Bosch Rexroth drive controller MPN R911288104 (DKR04.1-W400N-BT29-02-FW) is designed for digital control of AC main spindles, frameless spindle motors, and linear motors. It integrates a DSM software module in EPROM for parameter storage and supports both digital servo and resolver feedback. This unit features air cooling using a built-in blower, operates with a power voltage of 0 to 380V, and is rated for a current of 400A. It provides a SERCOS interface for communication and connects to higher-level control devices via fiber optic cables. Operation at elevations up to 1,000m uses rated data, and derating is applied for elevations up to 5,000m. The controller requires a DZB brake resistor and does not include a brake chopper, utilizing a rigid DC bus. It is compatible with a range of auxiliary modules, and the product series is DKR, line series 04, design version 1.
