The Bosch Rexroth drive controller, MPN R911292719 (DKR02.1-W300Z-B), is intended for installation within a sealed enclosure or a DIN VDE 0160 compliant control cabinet. It incorporates an integrated heatsink and is cooled by a built-in air blower, handling internal pressures up to 160Pa. The unit is capable of withstanding contactor-induced shocks of 8.4g for 5 seconds or 4.2g for 10 seconds. Ambient operational temperature range is 5°C to 45°C. The controller supports digital servo and resolver feedback, vertical mounting with at least 160mm clearance for airflow, and direct connections to external three-phase or grounded star power systems, with isolating transformer use required for ungrounded supplies. Two control inputs are accessible via the X9 connector. Use with an FI current limiting circuit breaker is not recommended to avoid malfunction. Nominal current rating is approximately 300A.
