The R911296302 (DKR03.1-W200B-BE74-02-FW) is a digital drive controller intended for use with 2AD or ADF main spindle motors, delivering continuous power output from 10 to 93 kW. Suitable for NC-controlled machine tools and printing machines, this controller supports direct connection to 3*AC 400–480 V mains at 50–60 Hz and features 200 VA control power capacity. Key components include an integrated main contactor, emergency stop shutdown unit, auxiliary brake resistor rated for 150 kWs, built-in air cooling via an integrated blower, and IP20 protection. Command interface options include SERCOS, Profibus, INTERBUS, and analog cards. The device is compatible with digital servo and resolver feedback and operates within a temperature range of +5°C to +45°C. Firmware version FWA-DIAX03 is required for operation.
