The R912000012 (FECG01.2-5K50-3P400-A-SN-NNNN-01V01) Bosch Rexroth frequency converter is designed for use with a 400 V mains connection and provides 5.5 kW output power. It features an integrated LED display for monitoring output frequency, and includes a brake circuitry lead with a 2 mm² cross-section. The open-collector outputs are specified for 24 VDC and 50 mA. Communication is supported via a port with differential positive and negative signals. Frequency reference can be set through analog voltage input, digital inputs, or analog current input, with the option for linear or S-curve acceleration and deceleration. The converter is rated for 13 A nominal current and supports overloads up to 200% of rated current for 0.5 seconds. Additional features include automatic voltage regulation, slip/torque compensation, and manual operation through Run and Stop keys. The device complies with UL 508 requirements, supports internal wiring with AWG 10, and should be installed with a minimum clearance of 150 mm above and below within a control cabinet.
