HCS IndraDrive Controllers
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EM-L3-NN-FW from the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series is a compact converter featuring a MultiEthernet communication interface with support for PROFINET IO, EtherCAT, Sercos III and EtherNet/IP. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supports a three-phase AC 200…500 V ±10% mains voltage with an internal air cooling method via an integrated blower. The unit delivers a peak current of 28 A and offers an IP20 rating per EN 60529, preventing ingress of solids over 12 mm. Additional features include dual encoder interfaces—IndraDyn Hiperface/EnDat 2.1/2.2 and an encoder emulation interface—and a STO (Safe Torque Off) safety module. Firmware is ordered separately and the controller is paired with a BASIC control section design.
