The R911345628 (HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-A-CC-EC-PB-S4-NN-FW) is an HCS01 line drive controller designed for control of speed and positioning in automation systems. It provides compatibility with digital MCL motors via Hall sensors and supports multiple encoder types, including resolver, Hiperface, SSI, and TTL, to enhance motion precision. The unit utilizes a SERCOS III master interface for communication and features additional PROFIBUS connectivity. The control section follows the 'ADVANCED' design and integrates a performance-dependent fan for air cooling (IP20). It operates with a 3-phase AC mains voltage range of 200–500 V ±10% and has a device peak current capability of 28 A. Firmware is not included and must be ordered separately.
