Bosch Rexroth's HCS Converters, also known as the IndraDrive Cs, are dynamic, multifunctional, and compact. Featuring a wide power range, from 100 W - 9 kW, versatile multi-encoder interface, and multi-protocol support, they offer optimum communication flexibility with minimal engineering effort. Ideal for various applications such as handling and mounting systems, packaging and food machines, and more, these converters require a three-phase AC mains voltage between 110V - 230V ±10%. They utilize a sercos III master for primary communication and support multiple standard encoders such as sin-cos with Hiperface and EnDat 2.1. Observable through a standard control panel with a single-line display and four keys, the operating states, warnings, and error diagnosis are displayed. Environmental specifications include a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, relative humidity of 95%, and installation at heights not exceeding 1000m. Boasting an IP20 rating and an integrated Safe Motion technology module, the unit ensures safety and protection from the infiltration of solid extrinsic objects over 12mm.
