The Bosch R911378134 (HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-ET-EC-EM-L3-NN-FW) is a high-capacity HCS drive controller tailored for three-phase AC input from 200 to 500 Volts AC and maximum output of 54 Amps. Fitted with an IP20-rated enclosure, the controller provides protection against solid objects up to 12mm but does not protect against dust or moisture, hence its recommendation for installation inside a control cabinet. Its heat dissipation properties require ample cabinet space or air conditioning. The controller facilitates multiple mounting options, with the rear-side attachment as the preferred method because of spacing considerations. Equipped with Multi-Ethernet communication, multi-encoder interface, encoder emulation, and a safe torque off function, the controller is shipped with a standard control panel that must be connected before powering the controller. This control panel allows monitoring of operations, warnings, and error diagnoses, and has memory allocated for MLD boot program and variables. Installation and operation of the controller should be conducted by qualified personnel.
