The HCT02 drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth, is a durable product with a flat construction and an integrated, forced-ventilation cooling system that uses internal air circulation provided by a built-in blower. It comes with a basic control design, an embedded PC, and LX 800 master communication, and has an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The product holds an IP 20 protection status denoting resistance to solid objects larger than 12mm but lacking liquid protection. The multi-axis drive controller has a power supply rating of 0020kW, with three axes and four encoder evaluations. It connects to a 3 x AC 200...500 V +-10% voltage source. Two extension slots are provided for additional digital input or output. This drive controller is designed to accommodate external operator panels and has a replaceable programming module.
