The Bosch Rexroth drive controller R911289761 (HDC01.1-A040N-PB01-01-FW) is designed for operation with a rated current of 40A. It is specified for a mains input voltage of 3 x 200 to 480 VAC with a ±10% tolerance. This controller conforms to DIN EN 61800-3 with a Class A, Group 2 noise emission rating. It integrates a PROFIBUS-DP interface (version 01) accessible via a 9-pin female X30 D-sub connector, compliant with EIA-RS-485 standards. Pins 3 and 8 of the connector manage RS485+ and RS485- signals. A connectable terminating resistor must be engaged at the initial and final bus stations. Proper installation requires adherence to the machine’s terminal diagram and use of manufacturer-specified AC motor connections. When handling firmware or software, proper procedures must be observed. Cooling air guidance and non-aggressive cleaning after power-off are required for safe operation.
