The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS04.2-W200N-H from the HDS Drive Controllers series is a configurable drive controller designed to precisely regulate speed, position, and operation of servo motors such as MKD, MHD and 1MB models. Featuring a modular design with U1–U5 configuration slots, this DIAX04 family unit delivers a 200 A Rated Current and supports 4 and 8kHz Switching Frequency (120A continuous at 4kHz, 80A at 8kHz). Thermal management is handled by a Built-in Internal Air Blower and its IP10 protection class ensures basic ingress defense. With a power loss of 800W, 30W signal processing consumption and weighing 19kg, this controller is supplied fully configured for rapid integration.
