The R911190038 (HDS03.2-W100N-HS34-01-FW) is an HDS series drive controller, part of the second-generation DIAX04 product line. This unit is designed for use with a three-phase supply and features a nominal current rating of 100 A. Communication with digital drives is achieved via a SERCOS optical fiber interface. The controller employs an internal air blower for cooling, but external cooling may be required for continuous operation at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 45°C, particularly at rated loads. The device is suitable for installation at elevations from 0 to 1000 meters. To mitigate the risk of condensation, precautions must be taken to prevent moisture ingress. A minimum spacing of 100 mm is required between power, control, or signal cables. Firmware for this model is not integrated and must be acquired separately.
