The Bosch Rexroth R911190050 (HDS05.2-W300N-HS23-01-FW) Drive Controller is a state-of-the-art motion control system in the DIAX04 family, designed for single or multi-axis drive and control applications. Designed to blend seamlessly with popular AC motors such as the MKD, MHD, 1MB, and 2AD, this drive controller is most commonly used in machine tools, textile machines, and printing. Installation is optimized with a drap and drop design that allows for easy component removal and interchange. Prior to use, programming is required for optimal command execution. Built for high demand, the controller operates with a peak/rated power of 300A, pulling a significant input current. The controller comes with 5 lines and a SERCOS interface. To prevent overheating, there is an inbuilt air cooling system with a blower. The R911190050 (HDS05.2-W300N-HS23-01-FW) device does not include firmware; this must be purchased separately.
