The R911190074 (HDS02.2-W040N-HS76-01-FW) is an HDS series drive controller from Rexroth Indramat, designed for use in DIAX04 controller systems with a SERCOS communication interface. It features a built-in internal air blower for cooling and supports a rated current of 40 A. The controller utilizes two ground connectors located at the rear and bottom for a supply module connection, compatible with HVR or HVE modular supply units. For applications with frequent start-stop cycles, a supplementary HZK capacitor is recommended, while HZB brake resistors should be used in cases of low power supply regeneration. The device measures approximately 8 kg, and firmware is ordered separately. Proper handling by qualified personnel and use of protective equipment is required.
