The Indramat R911190091 (HDS02.2-W040N-HA32-01-FW) is a second-generation drive controller from the Indramat HDS series, intended for use with Indramat DIAX04 control systems. Offering compatibility for controlling MHD, 1MB, MKD, and 2AD series motors through HDS and HDD controllers, it's ideal for a broad range of industrial use, including handling and packaging machines and machine tools. This five-component unit features a basic unit, a command communications module, a software module, plug-in modules and a type plate. Its rated current is 40 Amps, with a peak current also at 40 Amps. Its continuous current ranges from 15 to 20 Amps per axis, depending on the power section clock frequency. The firmware must be ordered separately. Additional specs include an internal blower, an IP 10 protection rating, and a weight of 6.5 kilograms. It's designed for optimal operation within 5 to 45 degrees Celsius, and up to 1000m in elevation.
