The Indramat R911190091 (HDS02.2-W040N-HA32-01-FW) is a version 2 HDS drive controller designed for integration with DIAX04 control systems. It supports analog command communication and is compatible with MHD, 1MB, MKD, and 2AD series motors. The unit features a built-in internal air blower for cooling and consists of five main components: a basic unit, command communication module, software module, plug-in modules, and a type plate. The controller delivers a rated and peak current of 40 A, with a continuous current of 15–20 A per axis, depending on the power section clock frequency. The device has an IP10 protection rating, weighs 6.5 kg, and is operational within a temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius and at elevations up to 1000 m. Firmware is required and must be sourced separately.
