The Bosch Rexroth R911190105 (HDS02.2-W040N-HT25-01-FW) drive controller is part of the HDS series and features an inbuilt blower for cooling via internal air circulation. Before usage, a minimum 10mm2 cross-section copper conductor should be completely linked to it's protective connection. Caution against possible wiring-related mishaps and high unit temperatures reaching 55°C is advised, though it can operate at these higher temperatures with reduced data. Also, the potential for burns from hot surfaces (resistors, housing, and heatsink) during usage should be taken into account. For functionality, the device must be programmed prior to startup and can be utilized for single or multiple-axis control and drive applications.
