The R911190180 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS41-01-FW) is a digital drive controller from the DIAX04 family, engineered for precise operation of AC motors including MHD, MKD, 1MB, and 2AD series. This module is intended for integration with an HDS drive controller and an HVR power supply, receiving DC bus voltage and delivering up to 200 A (rated/peak) through its A1, A2, and A3 terminals. The controller supports SERCOS command communication and offers connectivity via RS-232 or RS-485 interfaces for VT-100 terminals or PCs. Designed for vertical installation, it incorporates a built-in internal air blower for cooling, works within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 °C, and employs firmware HSM01.1M for software and drive parameters. The unit draws 30 W for its base operation and has an IP 10 protection rating.
