The Bosch Rexroth drive controller R911190188 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS77-01-FW) is part of the DIAX04 family and is engineered for automation tasks in applications such as handling equipment, machine tools, and food processing or packaging systems. It accommodates Rexroth motors from the MKD, 1MB, 2AD, and MHD series. The controller utilizes a SERCOS interface for digital communication and features integrated starting lockout and overheating protection for system safety. Operation requires power supply modules of the HVR or HVE type and supports HZB brake resistors for rapid deceleration. This version features a 200 A rated current, built-in internal air blower cooling, and allows for the addition of plug-in modules.
