The Rexroth R911190196 (HDS04.2-W200N-HT04-01-FW) is a modular, digital drive controller from the HDS series. It's designed to control Rexroth Indramat's AC motors and is part of the DIAX 04 drive family. The controller's structure includes a basic module with five slots, two of which are pre-defined for command communications and software modules, respectively. The firmware is ordered separately and the unit comes with a factory-installed SERCOS command communications module. Interface cards and digital I/O are among the optional modules available. The unit's rated current is 200 Amps and it supports function ID code 04 and version ID 01. Its operation and output are contingent on ambient conditions, with optimal performance between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius and below 1000 meters altitude. The controller comes with an internal blower and a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
