The R911190202 (HDS04.2-W200N-HT28-02-FW) is a HDS series drive controller designed for digital motor control within the DIAX04 system family. It provides a rated and peak current of 200 A, with continuous current ratings of 120 A at 4 kHz and 80 A at 8 kHz. Power section frequency operation results in a power loss of 800 W. The unit is enclosed in an IP10-rated case, measuring 498 x 265 x 150 mm and weighing 19 kg. The controller communicates using a SERCOS interface and utilizes an internal air blower for cooling. Installation requires 90 mm of free space at the front, 80 mm above, and 100 mm below to maintain air flow and support operation in ambient temperatures between 5 and 45 °C. Multiple HDS and HDD controllers can be installed in the DIAX 04 chassis, powered by HVR/HVE series supply modules. Firmware must be ordered separately.
