The R911190218 (HDS05.2-W300N-HS56-01-FW) is an HDS Drive Controller from the DIAX04 family, designed for the regulation and management of AC motors such as the 1MB, 2AD, and MKD series. This unit features a modular structure for efficient component replacement and a self-diagnostic system that displays error messages on the H1 status display. Compatible with HVE or HVR supply modules, it allows integration of a supplementary brake resistor for power circuit protection. Electrical parameters include a rated current of 300 A and continuous current of 100 A per 175 axis. The drive employs a SERCOS command communication interface and incorporates a built-in internal air blower for cooling. Motor connection is achieved via optic fibre cable, and sufficient ventilation is necessary due to heat generation during operation.
