The R911190233 (HDS05.2-W300N) is a Rexroth HDS Drive Controller featuring a modular structure with components such as a basic drive controller, command communications module, software module, and various plug-in modules. It is designed for use as a servo or main drive in applications including machine tools, textile and packing machines, printing machines, robotics, and handling systems. The drive is specified for 530–670 VDC input voltage, up to 500 VAC output voltage, rated at 300 A with a continuous current of 175 A at 4 kHz, and a maximum power loss of 1200 W. Cooling is achieved via a built-in internal air blower. The controller operates within a temperature range of 5 °C to 45 °C (de-rated up to 55 °C), with IP10 housing protection and insulation class C according to DIN VDE 0110. The module requires connection to an HVE or HVR supply unit and must be programmed prior to use.
