The Rexroth Indramat HDS series drive controller, model R911190252 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS47-01-FW), is a modular device designed for controlling MKD, MHD, and 2AD product line motors. Installed within a DIAX 04 chassis and powered by either a HVS or HVE power supply unit, this controller has several slots for plug-in modules. Two of these slots, U1 for command communication (SERCOS) and U5 for the software module, are fixed. The separately ordered firmware loads onto the software module. This model has performance ratings boasting both a current and peak current rating of 200 Amps. Continuous current varies with the clock frequency of the power section - 80 Amps at 8 kHz and 120 Amps at 4 kHz. With dimensions of 498 x 265 x 150 mm, the R911190252 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS47-01-FW) uses air cooling, requiring adequate clearance for optimal airflow. It also features an internal blower and allows for minimum downtime during replacements due to its modular structure. It comes with a 1-year warranty.
