The R911190277 (HDS02.2-W040N-HS66-01-FW) is a DIAX04 HDS drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat for industrial motor control, supporting ADS, 1MB, and MKD motor series. It utilizes SERCOS as its command communication interface and features an internal air blower for active cooling. The controller operates at a rated current of 40 A and can regulate position, speed, torque, and power output. A built-in battery retains the encoder value. The housing accepts configuration cards. Operating or storing the unit above 85°C is not recommended. An HZB brake resistor may be connected for high-performance requirements.
