The R911250931 (HDS01.1-K075-R) is a Bosch Rexroth HDS Drive Controller, version 1, designed for integration into automation systems such as machine tools, textile machinery, printing and packaging equipment, robotics, and handling systems. It is powered via an X1 bus connection using a flat-ribbon cable, with a maximum total cable length of one meter. The controller provides a start lockout (AS+ and AS-) to inhibit unintentional startups in fault conditions. It features RS 485 and RS 232 interfaces for configuration and communication, with the RS 485 interface supporting up to 31 nodes over a 500-meter maximum length. The controller supports SERCOS DSS02.1M and ANALOG DAE02.1M interfaces and has a rated current of 75 A. Internal blower cooling manages thermal performance. Belonging to the DIAX04 platform, all communications and command functions are factory assigned.
