The R911250931 (HDS01.1-K075-R) drive controller by Bosch Rexroth is powered by a connected power supply through an X1 bus connection. This connection is facilitated by a flat-ribbon cable, ensuring the power connections, even with an extension cable, do not exceed one meter. The controller includes a start lockout system (AS+ and AS-) that prevents accidental startups when an error occurs. This controller is suitable for machine tools, textiles, printing, packaging machines, robotics, and handling systems. Additionally, the unit includes RS 485 and RS 232 interfaces for programming and servicing. The RS 485 interface allows up to 31 participants to be connected via a two-wire cable and supports a maximum transmission length of 500m. The device also offers SERCOS interface type DSS02.1M and the ANALOG interface type DAE02.1M for enhanced communication. The product includes a one-year global warranty from Indramat USA.
