The R911279831 (HDS04.1-W200N-HS11-01-FW) is an Indramat Rexroth DIAX04 HDS drive controller engineered for 200 A rated current and designed to operate within an input voltage range of 530-670 VDC, with continuous output current capability up to 120 A at 500 VAC. This device incorporates a SERCOS command communication interface and features integrated analog interface control via a plug-in module. It supports operation with multiple rotary and linear motors, such as LSF, ADF, MHD, LAR, and MBW series. The controller provides four operational modes: position, velocity, torque, and drive-interpolated, utilizing cascade control for precise load positioning. Operational status and error codes are visible through a front-mounted 7-segment display, and the unit employs an internal air blower for cooling. Built-in safety watchdogs are included for additional system reliability.
