Rexroth Indramat's R911281501 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS09-01-FW) is a robust, reliable, and high-performing 2nd generation drive controller, grouped under the HDS series. Its economically efficient design features an internal fan that allows the controller to run at full power without overheating. This drive controller, which is rated at 200 A, is part of the DIAX04 controller family with a SERCOS interface and a function ID code of 01. Keeping user convenience in mind, the controller also has a software module that stores all drive parameters, facilitating easy transfer when replacing the drive. However, the controller's firmware needs to be purchased separately. An additional ARCNET coupler plug-in card can be used with the CLC-D control card. The operating temperature range for this controller is between 5°C to 45°C (rated data), with a 55°C maximum for de-rated data. It comes with a global shipping option and a one-year warranty from Indramat USA.
