The R911281968 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS33-01-FW) is a Bosch Rexroth HDS Drive Controller from the DIAX04 family, designed for use with 2AD, MKD, 1MB, and MHD motor series. This controller features a SERCOS command communication interface and utilizes a built-in internal air blower for cooling. It supports a rated current of 200 A. Continuous current ratings are 120 A at 4 kHz and 80 A at 8 kHz. The controller meets IEC 68-2-36 standards with a spectral acceleration density amplitude of 0.01g²/Hz and operates up to 55°C with adjusted parameters. For operation above 2000 m, additional external voltage regulation components are required. Proper ESD-safe packaging and vibration buffering are necessary during transport, and a minimum 100 mm separation between signal and power cables is required. The firmware must be procured separately.
