The Bosch Rexroth R911283446 (HDS04.2-W200N-HS34-01-FW) model is an HDS drive controller operative in various industries including robotics, printing machines, and handling systems. The drive controller with a 200 A rating integrates into a Digital Intelligent Drive System (DIAX04) and functions based on the supplied DC-link voltage. It operates at a continuous current of 120 A at a frequency of 4 kHz and 80 A at 8 kHz. The 19kg controller, with its IP10 protection class, uses ambient air for cooling and loses approximately 800 W of power. It comes with basic unit HDS04.2-W200N, and five slots for separate plugin modules serving different functions. Featuring multiple interface cards and a software module, it operates within an ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degrees Celsius. The firmware module is available separately and it's operational at up to 1000 meters above sea level. The controller comes with a global one-year warranty from Indramat USA.
