Description
The R911284804 (HDS02.2-W040N) HDS drive controller from the DIAX04 range serves as a rapid-response drive. Predominantly for use in industrial robotics and machine tools, it is compatible with the MKD, MHD, and 2AD series of AC motors. The device is dependent on either an HVR or HVE supply module, which provides essential power and signal voltages. Under certain high-performance conditions, an additional HZB brake resistor may be needed to manage generated energy from braking activity. This controller, with a peak and rated current of 40A, boasts Class C insulation in accordance with DIN VDE 0110 specifications. Designed to work optimally in temperatures between 5°C and 45°C, this drive controller should only be installed in commercial machinery following the provided documentation. It supports both multiple-axis and single-axis control applications. The modular controller, which comes with a one-year warranty, should not be used without a secure ground wire connection.
