The R911290966 (HDS04.2-W200N-HT79-01-FW) is part of the DIAX04 HDS drive controller series from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for industrial automation applications and is compatible with various industrial motors. This unit operates with a rated control voltage of 26 V and a rated power voltage of 30 W (without brake), supports a rated input voltage range of 530 V to 670 V, and has a maximum output voltage of 500 V. The device features a rated current of 200 A, SERCOS command communication interface, built-in internal air blower for cooling, and can directly interface with auxiliary plug-in cards, single-turn GDS 1.1 measuring systems, multiturn absolute encoders, and motor temperature monitoring. A HZB brake resistor is included for heat absorption during high-speed motor deceleration. The controller allows drive locking to eliminate abrupt startups and remove the need for a separate mains contactor.
