The R911305853 (HMF01.1A-N0K2-D0045-A-500-NNNN) is a dv/dt filter with limiter engineered by Bosch Rexroth to reduce peak voltage values resulting from elevated carrier frequencies in variable frequency drive (VFD) applications. Designed for external mounting, it controls voltage wave amplitudes and shapes waveforms to minimize stress on motor windings and bearings, especially in installations with extended cable lengths. The filter is rated for a continuous output current of 45A with a peak output up to 70A at a 4kHz switching frequency. It accommodates 2AWG wire size and is constructed to meet NFPA 79 and UL 508A standards, supporting effective EMI emission suppression and protection of motor insulation by preventing voltage peaks from surpassing 1kV.
