HNF Mains Filters
Bosch Rexroth HNF Mains Filters are line filters used on the mains side of drive systems to limit conducted interference and support EMC requirements in industrial installations. The series is applied with three-phase drive controllers up to 480 VAC and is selected based on the electrical and physical layout of the drive system. Key selection factors include rated current, feeding or regenerative supply type, number of connected axes, and total motor cable length. HNF variants are available with different voltage ranges, current ratings, and enclosure or protection configurations depending on the application. For proper cabinet installation, the filters must be mounted in the approved orientation and given sufficient clearance for natural convection cooling. EMC performance also depends on correct grounding, shield bonding, and the use of shielded motor cables throughout the drive system.
