The Bosch Rexroth Indramat KDA 2.1-100-3-LPI-U1 from the KDA Spindle Drives series is a high-stiffness main spindle drive engineered for demanding applications, offering precise positioning features and an extensive speed range with continuous power delivery. It provides a rated current of 100 A and operates on a 300 V DC bus voltage for robust torque supply. Cooling is ensured by a forced-heatsink blower operating at 115 VAC, while the SERCOS interface speed command value supports synchronized control. Feedback integration is achieved via an incremental encoder output and an auxiliary encoder input for spindle or second motor.
