The KDA 2.1-100-3-LQD-W1 spindle drive by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is in the KDA Spindle Drives series. It delivers 100 A rated current, a 300 V DC bus voltage, uses 220 VAC for its heatsink blower, and is forced cooled. It has an auxiliary encoder input for 1 V sinusoidal signals and a 16-bit parallel position command interface with SERCOS. The drive offers high stiffness and an extensive speed range with continuous power.
