KDA 3.2-100-3-DYI-U1, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, KDA Spindle Drives deliver precision power regulation for spindling motors in demanding industrial automation environments. With a Rated Output Current of 3.2 A and a Peak Output Current of 6.4 A, this drive maintains stable torque under dynamic loads. The unit accepts a broad Input Voltage range of 3 x 200-480 VAC (+10%, -15%) at 50/60 Hz and features a rugged IP20 protection class to guard against dust and mechanical intrusion. Its digital architecture enables seamless integration into complex motion-control systems.
Engineered as a Digital servo amplifier, the KDA 3.2-100-3-DYI-U1 integrates an internal air cooling system with a dedicated heatsink fan blower for efficient thermal management and operates reliably within an Ambient Temperature (operation) range of 0°C to +45°C without derating. A high-stability DC Bus Voltage of 300 V supports up to 1.0 kW of Rated Output Power, while the 0 - Mains Voltage output stage adapts dynamically to motor demands. Communication is provided via a flexible Serial (RS232/RS485) or proprietary protocol interface, and a Digital 16-Bit Parallel speed command input ensures rapid, high-resolution speed adjustments. Auxiliary and synchronous encoder inputs complying with the AS 35 interface standard deliver precise positional feedback and closed-loop control.
