The R911235916 (KDA 3.2-150-3-DP0-U1) is an AC spindle drive that integrates an AS2 personality module with EEPROM for parameter storage, ensuring compatibility with various motors. It supports dual parameter sets, with selection based on the state of terminal X22-10, enabling adaptation to differing gear ratios. The configuration includes a three-phase power transformer, KDV modular power supply, KDA asynchronous drive module, CDM computer drive module, and an AC asynchronous spindle motor. The spindle drive operates with a continuous current of 90 A, a rated current of 150 A, and a rated voltage of 300 V. The attached blower supports an AC 50…60 connection voltage.
