The R911235917 (KDA 3.2-150-3-DP0-W1) is a high-efficiency spindle drive from the KDA series crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Operating on a DC bus voltage of 300V, this Series 3, Design 2 product employs forced cooling via a heatsink blower powered by a 220 VAC supply. It's equipped with an EEPROM on an AS2 personality module, storing parameters to support diverse applications and motors. The drive features two sets of parameters in the CDM; the first set operates during power up, while the second set assists when terminal X22-10 high is utilised, facilitating gear ratio optimisation. The drive system includes primary components such as a three-phase power transformer, a KDV modular power supply, a KDA Asynchronous drive module, a CDM Computer drive module, and an AC asynchronous spindle motor. Designed for compatibility with a variety of AC servo controllers, the drive partakes in a common power supply, enabling a cost-effective brushless machine.
