The Bosch R911255747 (KDA 3.2-050-3-D00-W1) is an advanced drive controller, specifically engineered for the digital control of both 2AD series synchronous motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors, covering a rated output power range of 3-22 kilowatts. Employing a microprocessor for delivering drive control, conducting diagnostics, and overseeing constant monitoring, it provides an output rated current of 50 Amps and operates at a nominal DC bus voltage of 300V. The controller’s continuous current output stands at 35 Amps, drawing 1.2 Amps and 160 milliamps from +24 Volts and ±15 Volts inputs respectively. It supports a 16-bit parallel (digital) speed command value, although lacks encoder input and auxiliary interfaces.
