The Rexroth Indramat R911265757 (KDA 3.3-150-3-A0S-W1) is a digital drive microcomputer controller that pairs with motors from Indramat's 2AD and 1MB series. With high stiffness, a broad speed range, and positioning features, this drive has a rated output current of 150 Amps and a continuous output current of 90 Amps. It supports a speed command value of analog 10 Volts and includes an auxiliary serial interface compatible with RS-232 protocol. The drive does not support auxiliary encoder input, and uses forced air across a heat sink to stay cool. The blower requires 220 Volts AC. The drive is paired with a motor and matched to a machine tool using parameters stored on an AS module. To replace the drive, these parameters can be transferred from the old to the new drive, avoiding reprogramming and minimizing downtime.
