The R911267797 (KDA 3.3-100-3-D00-W1) is a Bosch Rexroth KDA series spindle drive, design 3, series 3. This unit operates with a rated current of 100 A and a continuous current of 70 A at a DC bus voltage of 300 V. The spindle drive uses forced cooling via a heat sink blower, which is powered by a 220 VAC source (50…60 Hz). An analog ±10 V speed command is used for speed control. The drive does not require an auxiliary encoder or auxiliary interface. For proper function when replacing the unit, the parameters board should be transferred to retain motor and configuration data.
