The R911270013 (KDA 3.3-100-3-L00-W1) is a drive control system, designed by Bosch Rexroth, that is tailored for the speed and position control of frameless and asynchronous motors. Ideal for controlling the main spindle and general motion control functions, it allows users to adjust different motors, adopt various operating modes, and configure machine parameters using its built-in display and input unit. Optimum implementation of machine mechanics is enabled by the versatile multi-range parameter blocks. This device integrates well with speed and position command value interfaces, a Sercos interface for real-time transmission of torque, speed, and position; and a 10 Volts speed command value interface. Moreover, it supports diagnostics and parameter handling via an NC terminal. Notably, its high-resolution spindle positioning shines in C-axis operations, offering precision up to 1/2 000 000th of a revolution. It operates optimally between temperatures of 5°C and 45°C.
