The Bosch Rexroth mains filter R911286917 (NFD03.1-480-007) is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference and leakage currents arising from cable capacitance in AC applications with shielded motor cables. The filter operates within a nominal voltage range of AC 115 to 480 V and supports a rated continuous current of 7 A at an ambient temperature of 45°C. It should be installed vertically, between the switch mode power supply and the AC power line, with protective cables connected first and all components de-energized prior to installation. For optimal performance, all contacting surfaces must be free of paint and obstructions, and the shield of the connection cable should be firmly secured.
