The Bosch Rexroth R911232713 (RAC 2.2-250-380-A00-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller engineered for primary spindle applications with precise positioning and speed regulation. Designed to interface with 1MB frameless and 2AD asynchronous motors, this unit supports rated connection voltages of 3 x AC 400 V (50–60 Hz) and a rated current of 250 A. It incorporates an internal blower for cooling and features an integrated energy regeneration mechanism for efficient operation during motor braking. The device integrates a smart mains contactor to prevent unintentional starts during shutdown and offers an emergency stop function for rapid deceleration upon detecting internal faults. The analogue (+/- 10 V) speed command is provided via a 9-pole X4 interface terminal. This variant does not include an additional bleeder or encoder input.
