The R911233302 (RAC 2.2-250-460-AP0-W1) is an AC main spindle drive controller for industrial servo motors, compatible with 1MB and 2AD frameless and asynchronous types. The unit supports digital control over speed and position, and features an independent programming module for storage of drive parameters and optimization values. Parameters are accessible via a built-in keyboard. Interfaces include analog speed setpoint (+/-10 V), SERCOS, and PLC/CNC controls, with provisions for spindle feedback through an additional encoder input and output. Rated for 3 x AC 400 V/50 Hz ±15% or 3 x AC 460 V input, it operates at 250 A and employs internal blower cooling. The controller provides continuous rotor position monitoring, high accuracy at low speeds, and meets IP10 ingress protection.
